The Historiis recount the story of the planet Gozaa and its people.
Past Lives
Aiza took the Shards and departed in search of a place to create mortal Vessels that could hold them. She found the land of Calde and in its great inland sea she created the Demi-Gogues and implanted the Shards within them. The Three Shards were dimmed by the process and so would need cleansing through the countless reincarnations of the Vessels. Aiza returned to the Obelisks and with the other Gogues awaited the process of purification to be completed.

Origins
The Three Shards neared perfection and their unsuspecting final Vessels were required to accomplish the tasks to complete the process. Jimm, Geney and Lukas are unconciously drawn together to journey to the Obelisks and receive the transmissions of the Gogues into themselves. Jimm Geney and Lukas are forced to accept their fates as the Gogues claim their bodies and minds as their own. But before the Cosmic Game can come to a conclusion, Jimm Geney and Lukas must willingly relinquish themselves to the Gogues or face spiritual obliteration.
The Last Verse
The Gogues have claimed their Vessels and an ancient animosity has arisen. The people of Gozaa stand in the middle of a world shattering conflict between Aiza and Azan. In the end, the Gogues must accept the fact that the Verse has reached its end and that they must return to Ethereal.
